The Genesis of a Movement

The GYROTONIC® method was born from the personal journey of founder Juliu Horvath—a story of elite performance, devastating injury, and profound self-healing.

The Dancer's Path

A principal dancer with the Romanian State Opera, Juliu's career was defined by elite performance and a deep understanding of movement.

Injury & Introspection

A career-ending injury became the catalyst for creation, leading him to an intensive study of yoga, meditation, and the body's energetic potential.

Birth of a System

In solitude, he synthesized his knowledge into a new system, first called "Yoga for Dancers," now known as the GYROKINESIS® method, the foundation of it all.

Transformation

The studios are equipped with state-of-the-art, specialized equipment designed by Juliu Horvath. These are not machines, but instruments that guide your body through fluid, three-dimensional movements.
